The Exchange is a community of entrepreneurs exchanging stories, ideas, & inspiration, to help each other succeed – building on Washington County’s entrepreneurial legacy. As a member of The Exchange, you’ll connect with entrepreneurs from all different stages: aspiring entrepreneurs, start-up builders, and seasoned mentors. At the end of the day… we want to see your business succeed.
And we know that this is not a feat easily achieved alone.
In offering flexible coworking memberships, inspiring networking and speaker events, and a mentor base, our aim is for you to feel encouraged and inspired while growing your business.
Workspace in The Exchange
The Exchange is located in the 1889 Courthouse, a beautifully restored landmark in West Bend's historic downtown. In addition to serving as an archive and research center, the building is also used as a workspace and gathering place.

What are your coworking memberships and pricing?
Can I reserve the meeting room if I’m not a member?
Yes! The Meeting Room accommodates 12 people comfortably, and is available to reserve Monday through Friday. Non-members pay $50.00 for a 2-hour block. Contact bellab@thetowerheritagecenter.org to reserve the space.
What type of businesses are a part of The Exchange?
Businesses from independent consultants to community nonprofits are involved in The Exchange.
What if I only need a meeting room?
There’s a membership for that! The “Side Hustle” membership, at $125 a month, offers 16 meeting room hours and essential benefits.
Are there private office units available?

Is WiFi included?
Yes, access to high-speed WiFi is available to coworking members, individuals using the meeting room, and private office tenants.
