Upcoming Entrepreneur’s Edge Events
2/11 | 8-9:30 am – Bill Murray on "How to Pitch Your Business - Starting With Why" with book, Start With Why

“Asking the right questions will transform a nervous pitch into a confident conversation.” – Bill Murray
As a start-up coach and mentor (as well as an entrepreneur himself), Bill Murray can tell you from experience– it takes practice to build influence. This talk combines the understanding of how to design a pitch with the most important message in business - your why.
As Bill will tell you, having a compelling pitch isn’t about having all of the answers. It’s about understanding which questions the audience is really asking.
By the end of the session, you’ll feel comfortable designing a pitch, responding to objections, and delivering with authenticity - whether you're pitching to colleagues, your staff, or a potential client.
The Book: Start With Why, by Simon Sinek
Wait - it’s not a book about pitching? Nope! Start With Why is an internationally bestselling book, written for leaders seeking to act and communicate with influence. It’s the easy-to-use framework you’ve been missing in your messaging - and it all starts with ‘Why.’
About Bill Murray
Bill Murray is the author of Enquire to Inspire: 20 Questions to Mentor Your Innovation Team to Success and a startup coach and mentor who has spent years helping people move from "I have an idea" to "here's why it matters to someone."
His passion for pitching comes from a simple belief: the best pitches aren't feature monologues—they're intentionally-designed outcome conversations.
Through his coaching work at CoachingUp.us, Bill helps entrepreneurs discover that a compelling pitch isn't about having all the answers; it's about understanding which questions your audience is really asking. He's excited to share how the right questions can transform a nervous presentation into a confident conversation.
5/14 | 8-9:30 am – Amanda Keller on "How to Sell Like Crazy- While Still Being Authentically YOU" with book, Sell Like Crazy

The Book: Sell Like Crazy, by Sabri Sudi
A recently published (dare-we-say ‘hidden gem’) of business & sales books, Sell Like Crazy, written by Sabri Sudi, is a refreshing cut-through-the-fluff piece. Here’s what Amanda has to say about Sell Like Crazy:
If you want a clear framework for driving sales using proven, traditional marketing tactics, this book is worth the read!
It reads like an amalgamation of real-world experience, dozens of other marketing books, and decades of proven insights from top experts. It’s easy to digest and, more importantly, easy to execute.
To me, it felt like an all-in-one blueprint for everything I learned through trial and error. The lessons inside validated what I now know about buyer behavior, building offers people actually want, and selling online.
